Scouts to get security fence

PLANNERS at Warrington have given the go-ahead for a 2.4m high security fence at the Culcheth Scout Centre in Jackson Avenue
There will be a gate to give access to a rear car part and planning officers say the proposal is considered acceptable.  The nearest residential property is 11 metres away, with private land between the fence and the house.
Planners say the fence will improve security and allow the smooth running of the premises to the benefit of the local community.
