A special property seminar is set to take place at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Monday April 4 aimed at existing landlords and any new landlords or people with aspirations of becoming a landlord.
The free event is being hosted by Warrington based North West Lets.
Steve Richardson from North West Lets will be doing a presentation on the current rental market, the challenges a landlord faces and about the services they offer, including the benefits of rent guarantee products.
This will be followed by a presentation by a company of accountants who will explain the forthcoming taxation changes facing landlords who may need to plan their portfolio structures differently.
A mortgage company will present a summary of mortgage products available to landlords with the options regarding buying properties, followed by a local firm of solicitor presenting a short presentation on conveyancing services aimed at landlords.
At the end of the presentations there will be a Q&A followed by a period of general mixing/networking.
There will also be raffle prizes aimed at landlords for everyone putting a business card into a draw.
