TV presenter Charlie Dimmock will be helping put the fun into gardening with some Springtime inspiration at Bents Garden & Home in Glazebury, Warrington.

Charlie will be at the Centre on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March for Bents’ Get Gardening Weekend. She will be hosting a series of gardening talks covering topics such hanging baskets, containers, bulbs and Grow Your Own as well as children’s planting activities.

There’s also chance to find out more from Charlie by entering Bents’ competition to win Afternoon Tea with the celebrity gardener. Those wanting to win this special prize simply need to let Bents know why they would like to have Afternoon Tea with Charlie and can enter via Bents’ Facebook page or completing an entry form in store.

In addition to a wide range of offers which will be on over the weekend, there will also be fundraising taking place for the Greenfingers Appeal; a unique project which provides inspiring outdoor spaces and gardens for hospices throughout the country.

Charity quiz sheets are available now and can be collected from Bents’ customer services for a donation to the Appeal. Completed forms can be returned to Bents during the Get Gardening Weekend with winners announced on Monday 21st March.

So as the season starts to spring why not join Bents Garden & Home for some greenfingered inspiration and get gardening again.
