Family escape bedroom blaze

TWO fire engines from Warrington turned out early this morning to reports of a bedroom fire.
The blaze had broken out at a house in Cartwright Street, Whitecross. shortly after 7.15am.
Firefighters extinguished the fire and used a ventilation unit to disperse dense smoke.
All people in the house were accounted for and no injuries were reported.
Fire experts are investigating the cause of the blaze.
