LIVEWIRE has launched a new timetable of fitness classes across all six of their sites throughout the town.

New for 2016 is Street Dance at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub every Tuesday. You don’t have to be a professional dancer to take part – all routines and moves are broken down. Have fun, dance like nobody is watching and burn calories at the same time.

Culcheth Community Campus is also set to offer an indoor cycle class for the first time. Every Tuesday and Friday members can use the newly installed Technogym spin bikes to take part in an energetic cardio workout.

A new outdoor run and functional training session will be launched at Birchwood. Members will be able to participate in a session on the gym floor using the new OMNIA functional training system which was installed as part of the £1 million revamp.

Five out of the six LiveWire sites will also be offering brand new group power and group fight classes as well as all the traditional classes including Zumba, yoga, step, aerobics and insanity to name a few.

Lynn Wilson, Group Fitness Coordinator at LiveWire, said: “We’re really pleased to be offering such a wide variety of classes for 2016. January is a really popular time for people to start exercising so it’s important that we’re offering group fitness classes that can be accessed by all.”
