Two cut from cars after head on collision at Daresbury

TWO motorists had to be cut from their badly damaged vehicles following a head on collision on the Daresbury Expressway at Warrington last night.

Firefighters hasd to cut the roofs off both cars to free a man and a woman.

Both casualties were then handed to the care of the ambulance service. A HART team and a BASICS team were also in attendance and assisted at the incident.
