FOUR candidates are to fight a by-election for a seat on Poulton-with-Fearnhead Parish Council following the resignation of Labour member and former council chairman Ian Johnson.
The contest, for a seat in Bruche Ward, will take place on Thursday, December 10. Polling will take place between 7am and 10pm.
Candidates are: Josh Booth (Labour), Howard Martin Klein (Conservative), Trevor Nicholls (UK Independence Party) and Bob Taylor (Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition).
Residents who are eligible to vote in this by election should have received a polling card which indicates the polling station where they should vote.
