WARRINGTON took on the appearance of a sky scene from Lord of the Rings this evening as a mixture of sunshine, clouds and rain illuminated the skyline – including a full rainbow.
Warrington Borough Council is encouraging local residents to take interesting images of the town and to share them on social media with the hashtag #SnapWarrington.
