FIRE crews have been battling a blaze involved hales of hay near Warrington this afternoon.
The blaze was at Chester Road, Daresbury and crews from Stockton Heath Fire Station shuttled water back and to and used a hose reel jet to put out the fire.
There was a large quantity of hay on fire and firefighters were at the scene for about an hour and 15 minutes.
