Man missing after road crash

POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man who went missing yesterday after a road collision in Culcheth.
Shaun Kelly, 48, from Leigh (pictured above) is believed to have been involved in a collision between  a bus and another vehicle in Holcroft Lane in Culcheth.
He is thought to have disappeared from the scene after the crash and has not been seen or heard from since.
Shaun was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit top or jumper. He is of slim build with brown longish hair.
Insp Fez Khan said: “Police and his family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare due to the fact he was in a collision and could be injured and in need of medical treatment.
“I am appealing directly to Shaun to contact police on 101 to let us know he is okay.
“I am also appealing to anyone with sees Shaun to ring 101.”
