School will get its name over the door

CULCHETH High School will have its name over its door if planners give the go-ahead
The school has applied for planning consent to install a non-illuminated fascia sign on the eastern elevation of the main building.  The sign will include the school’s name and logo.
Planning officers are recommending the school’s application be approved.
They say its design and location are acceptable, not overly prominent and will not impact adversely on the visual amenity of the surrounding area.
The sign will be 6.9 metres above ground level.
