LIVEWIRE officially unveiled their first ever mascot at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub as he was introduced to  some of Warrington’s best loved mascots.

Jet led an exercise class for Warrington’s Disability Partnerships’ Ollie the Owl, St. Rocco’s Rocco, Warrington Wolves’ Wolfie and Warrington Town FC’s mascot The Legend.

He also presented nine-year-old competition  winner Libby Scaldwell with her prize of £100 Love2shop vouchers for her design of the mascot. After an exhilarating fitness class, Jet moved onto Golden Square for an afternoon of meeting the town’s shoppers.

Jet is an Android that is programmed to help serve the needs of the Warrington residents – almost a super LiveWire Adviser to help people along their journey with LiveWire

Jet still has an action packed week ahead as he introduces himself to the rest of the town.

Today (Wednesday) Jet plays a basketball game with children from the Cheshire Phoenix half term basketball camp and later on he’ll whizz over to Broomfields Leisure Centre for a quick meet and greet with the residents of south Warrington.

Tomorrow, Thursday, Jet will start the day at Woolston Neighbourhood Hub before heading back to the town centre to Warrington Library. Jet will then have the pleasure of meeting Warrington’s Mayor, Cllr Geoff Settle in his parlour at the Town Hall.

Friday will see the end of Jet’s busy week, when he’ll make an appearance at Orford Jubilee Library’s craft session and LiveWire’s spooky Halloween Party at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub.
