Police appeal after arson attack

POLICE at Warrington are appealing for information from the public after vandals set fire to a wheelie bin,
The incident was in Grasmere Avenue, Orford shortly after 7.30pm.
Fire fighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze which they believed to have been started deliberately.
