Woman trapped in car after collision

A WOMAN  was trapped in her car after a two-vehicle crash in Warrington this afternoon.
Fire crews went to the scene at the junction of Milner Street and Liverpool Road and released the woman from the damaged car.
She was handed over to paramedics and taken to hospital by ambulance.
Two fire engines were involved in the operation.
