A MAJOR office building at Warrington is to be disposed of following the decision by communications giant TalkTalk to consolidate its North West operations at Salford by early 2017.
Stanford House, at Birchwood, which measures 54,793 sq feet will be marketed jointly by commercial property agents Canning O’Neill and Jones Lang LaSalle, along with Northbank House at Irlam.
Both buildings are built to a high specification and the fit outs include fully equipped restaurants and gyms as well as very efficient and
cabled office accommodation, with back-up power, which could represent significant fit-out savings for any ingoing occupier.
In addition, the schemes offer virtually unrivalled allocations of car parking spaces.
At Stanford House, planning consent has previously been granted for an additional office building of 45,000 sq ft on the site, which could take the total square footage to just under 100,000 sq ft – an opportunity that may prove to be of interest to businesses which are looking to expand in the future.
