Early hours car fire

FIREFIGHTERS from Warrington were called out early today to deal with a car fire.
The blaze involved a vehicle in Lockton Lane, Bewsey and crews from Warrington fire Station used a hose reel jet to extinguish it shortly after 6am.
The incident followed a similar one in Burtonwood Road, Callands, close to the M62 the elvening before when firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to deal with a well established vehicle fire.
No injuries were rep[orted in either case.
