STOCKTON Heath Lions have come to the aid of an Appleton mum of four by helping fund an electric wheelchair.
Wendy Pitts can not get about without the use of a wheelchair and had one on loan via Shopmobility and Warrington Disability Partnership.
But on hearing of Wendy’s condition the Lions decided to help out by funding the wheelchair.
