TWO Warrington streets are to be closed to traffic tomorrow (Sunday) while essential work is carried out in connection with flood defence works on the River Mersey being carried out for the Environment Agency.
Stretches of Vernon Street and Wharf Street, Howley, will be affected by the closure, but it is expected the work will be completed in one day.
Warning signs will be erected on site.
