Carol RobinsonA LYMM resident is hoping a jumble sale will help propel her towards a massive trek in October.
Carol Robinson is a long-time supporter of the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust, based just outside Lymm in Millington.
She is joining a group raising money for the charity by taking on a climb up Mount Toubkal in Morocco, all 13,671 feet of it.
She is organising a jumble sale at the village hall on Pepper Street as part of her fundraising effort for the trip.
It takes place between 2pm and 4pm on March 21 with free entrance.  Shoppers can choose from clothes, shoes and accessories with refreshments and cakes available.
Helen Crowther, from CAFT, said: “Each year we must raise in excess of £1,000,000 in order that we can continue to fulfill our promise to children who visit the farm.
“By joining the trek to Mount Toubkal Carol will help us to provide these amazing, once in a lifetime experiences to many special children in desperate need from all over our region.”
