A HOUSEHOLDER has won planning consent for a ground floor extension at his house at Oaktree Cottages, Hatton Lane, Hatton.
Warrington’s planning committee approved the proposal after hearing from officers that it complies with national and local planning policy preserving the residential amenity of neighbours, the character of the original building and the character of the Green Belt.
There were no parking or highway safety implications.
