INDIE rocker Miles Kane is coming to Warrington’s Parr Hall on Monday March 17, as part of a 15-date UK tour.
Miles, who started his career as the frontman of Indie band The Rascals, is already working on new material for the follow up to his critically acclaimed second album Don’t Forget Who You Are which was released last summer and made the top 10 in the UK charts.
The Birkenhead born star has enjoyed solo success since releasing his first solo album Colour of the Trap in 2011, which consists of anthems Inhaler and Come Closer.
Miles also has a good friendship with Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, a relationship which was formed when The Rascals supported the band on tour in 2007. This led Miles and Alex to form The Last Shadow Puppets and have a number one album in 2008 with The Age of the Understatement.
2013 was a big year for Miles, not only with the release of his second album, but also playing to a packed out crowd at the John Peel Stage at Glastonbury Festival before joining friends Arctic Monkeys on stage during their headline slot on the Pyramid Stage to perform 505. Miles will also be supporting Arctic Monkeys at their two Finsbury Park Shows in May 2014.
Now Miles and his band, consisting of Jay Sharrock on drums, Ben Parsons on keyboards, Phill Anderson on bass and George Moran on rhythm guitar/vocals, are looking forward to playing to another sold out audience at Parr Hall!
Tickets are priced at £17.50 and are available via www.pyramidparrhall.com or by calling 01925 442345
