A 38-year-old man who was arrested on New Year’s Eve following the death of a 34-year-old woman in Latchford, Warrington, has been released on bail pending further enquiries after police confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances.
The man was originally arrested on suspicion of murder after the woman’s body was found at a property in Latchford village on Knutsford Road at around 7.45pm on New Year’s Eve.
Her cause of death is being withheld pending the outcome of a Home Office Post Mortem and toxicology and histology results.
