Death crash driver charged

A 39-year-old Warrington man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He will appear before North Cheshire Magistrates on January 24.
The collision took place at 6.50pm on Thursday, April 25 in Lovely Lane, Warrington.
An Audi A4 car left the carriageway, colliding with 42-year-old Donna Davies who was walking on the footpath with her 10-year-old daughter who escaped uninjured but was treated for shock.
Sadly Mrs Davies sustained fatal injuries.
The driver of the Audi was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital for treatment. He was arrested upon his release.
