A THREE-storey self contained office building at Birchwood, Warrington has been sold to a Government department.
Millennium House, in Birchwood Boulevard, had been on the market at a quoted price of £2 million.
Property agent Joe Baxendale said: This deal underpins a strengthening office market and follows two large transactions completed earlier this year.
“Transactions that had been taking 18 months to conclude are now being completed within a matter of weeks as confidence returns to the market.”
