Book of condolence for Mandela

THE Union Flag is flying at half-mast at Warrington Town Hall and the borough council is hosting a book of condolence for Warrington residents to pay their respects to Nelson Mandela.
A council spokesperson said the book will be on display for the next week and anyone is welcome to visit the Town Hall to pay their respects and take a moment for quiet reflection.
