MOTORISTS are being warned about possible delays this morning at the junction of King Edward Street and Padgate Lane, Warrington.
Renewal work to the traffic signals means the four way temporary signals have had to remain in operation overnight.
Contractors are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible but there may be congestion and delays in the area, the borough council has warned.
