A WARRINGTON man has been arrested and charged following a police investigation into indecent exposure incidents in the town.
Carl Robert Spero, aged 21, from Warrington, is due to appear before North Cheshire Magistrates? Court on December 12.
He is charged with two counts of indecent exposure. The charges relate to an incident on November 16 in St Stephen?s Avenue in which a man indecently exposed himself to a 16-year-old female and an incident on September 3 in Gough Avenue in which a man indecently exposed himself to a 49-year-old woman.
