Mixed-age, unisex touch rugby sessions start

WARRINGTON Borough Council is inviting boys, girls and their parents or carers to a new season of touch rugby sessions to be held at various locations around Warrington.
The weekly sessions, organised by Active Futures Warrington in partnership with the Rugby Football League and Warrington Wolves, will be run by qualified rugby leaders and coaches and will cost just £1 per person per session.
The sessions are open to any boys and girls aged eight or over, and adults may accompany young people.
The rugby sessions will take place on outdoor all-weather pitches. There are changing and showering facilities at all the venues. Participants should wear training shoes and sports clothing.
The sessions will run from this week until the week commencing 9th December. After the Christmas break the sessions will begin again from the week commencing 13th January.
The sessions will run as follows:
Mondays 1700-1800 at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub, Jubilee Way, Orford, Warrington WA2 8HE.
Tuesdays 1730-1830 at Broomfields Leisure Centre, Broomfields Road, Appleton, Warrington WA4 3AE.
Wednesdays 1800-1900 at Culcheth Campus, Warrington Road, Culcheth, Warrington WA3 5HH.
Fridays 1700-1800 at Great Sankey Leisure Centre, Barrow Hall Lane, Great Sankey, Warrington WA5 3AA.
