Affordable homes plan

0

PLANNING chiefs at Warrington are to be asked to approve construction of a pair of semi-detached “affordable” homes.
The borough council’s affordable housing service is seeking permission for the dwellings at the junction of Troutbeck Avenue and Longshaw Street.
Originally occupied by a scout hut and old district council offices, the site is surrounded on all sides by residential development.
The proposed houses – which would be offered for rent – would have two bedrooms, a living room/dining room, kitchen and downstairs wc and bathroom. They would be equipped with solar panels.
No objections to the development have been received.
