Poking fun at theatre people

THE Bridgewater Players’ next production at Thelwall Parish Hall is “Kindly leave the Stage” – a frothy comedy which pokes fun at theatrical people.
Laughs come thick and fast as a “play within a play” gets under way, with the characters – all supposed to be professional actors – get rather confused between real life and the plot of the play they are taking part in.
A talented cast has been lined up consisting of Richard Hawes, Andrew Cook, Elwyn Thomas, Ann Crawford, Helen Chapman, Cat Mercer, Laura Booth and Kelly Seegeant
The play is directed by Vonnie Rogers and the play runs from November 14-16.
On February 2, the curtain rises on the Bridgewater Players’ annual pantomine “Help I’m a Celebrity Pantomine Dame Get Me Out of Here.”
