Museum's pop-up craft shop

WARRINGTON Museum and Art Gallery has dedicated one of its recently refurbished galleries to exhibiting and selling contemporary British craft…for a limited time only.
The new craft shop, located in the WREN gallery, will stock work by nationally renowned craft makers from around the country, as well as showcasing the talents of local makers.
Local jeweller Heather Fox has teamed up with the Museum to create this new venture, as part of the third Warrington Contemporary Arts Festival which launches on Saturday, October 18.
Heather started making jewellery at an evening class before returning to university in 2004 to study for her degree in Applied Arts, Jewellery and Metalwork. She set up a business in 2007 as part of her professional practice studies and has since exhibited at various shows and galleries across the country.
The pop up craft shop will offer visitors the opportunity to purchase unique and stunning craftwork, including jewellery, ceramics, prints and textiles.
