LIVEWIRE will be holding its first annual general meeting on Wednesday September 11 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Warrington’s provider of leisure, libraries and lifestyle services would like residents to join them in the Jubilee Suite at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub for its first annual general meeting.
The evening will be hosted by chairman of LiveWire’s board Alan Yates who will be joined by special guest the Mayor of Warrington, Cllr Peter Carey.
During the meeting managing director Jan Souness will showcase highlights of LiveWire’s first year and deputy chairman of the board and lead on finance Cllr Dan Price, alongside LiveWire’s finance manager Craig Stockham will provide statements on LiveWire’s accounts.
The meeting will also be attended by other members of LiveWire’s board and LiveWire employees.
Attendees will have the chance to ask questions regarding the company’s future and review LiveWire’s business plan.
