Knife men in raid on pub

POLICE have appealed for help from the public seven days after armed with raiders forced their way into a Warrington pub, threatened staff with a knife and got away with a quantity of cash.
The raid was at the Hollow Tree in Tarporley Road, Stretton on July 22.
Three men, armed with a knife and wearing dark clothing, entered the club shortly after it had closed.
They threatened the three members of staff present and stole money before fleeing the scene.
A police spokeswoman said enquiries were ongoing and anyone with information was urged to call the police on 101 or via the anonymous Crimestoppers hotline on 0800 555 111.
