Dog attack pair due in court

TWO people are due to appear in court tomorrow (Wednesday) following a dog attack in Warrington which resulted in a pet being killed.
The pair, both aged 44, will appear before Halton Magistrates? Court in Runcorn tomorrow (Wednesday 31 July) at 9.30am.
They were summonsed following an incident in which a dog attacked and killed another dog in Warrington.
The incident took place on Saturday July 6, when police were called to Kingsway South, where a Staffordshire Bull Terrier had attacked and killed a Pomeranian dog.
The pair, who are from Warrington, have been reported for summons for the offence of owner/person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control in a public place.
The Staffordish Bull Terrier remains in kennels.
