New patient services hotline

BRIDGEWATER Community Healthcare NHS Trust – which provides a range of community health services in Warrington and neighbouring areas – has launched a new patient services telephone number
Anyone calling the new number – 0800 587 0562 – can speak to a member of the dedicated patient services team who can help answer any questions relating to the trust’s services and how to access them.
The team can also help by passing on any compliments, sorting out any problems quickly and efficiently, taking note of any concerns, advising on the trust’s complaints process and listening to any feedback or comments.
Chief executive Dr Kate Fallon said: “We are committed to providing high quality care in the local communities we serve. By having a new single patient services number for all the areas the trust covers it makes it easier and simpler for our patients to tell us what they think.
“We want to capture all of our patients comments and enquiries so that we can respond quickly and appropriately. We will use feedback from patients to help us improve the services we provide, sharing best practice across
all of the communities in which we work.”
The new telephone number replaces all previous Bridgewater Patient Services numbers.
The line is open from 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Anyone who calls the number outside these times can leave a message.
The patient services team can also be contacted by email at
