Park Royal to the rescue !

WHEN a bus full of primary school children broke down on the M56 it was the natural response for the team at the nearby Park Royal Hotel, Stretton, to provide shelter for the children from the soaring heat outside.
The team at The Park Royal that have recently gained national recognition for their Customer Service excellence from Trip Advisor, Booking.com and Venue Verdict, swiftly set up a conference room and provided refreshments for the children while they waited for a replacement vehicle.
General Manager Paul Gallon said ‘As many of the team here have children, it was a natural reaction to make sure the children were safe and comfortable as the temperature was 28 degrees outside’.
The staff from the school were happy that what could have been an unpleasant experience for the children actually turned out to be an exciting one.
