THERE will be plenty of fun for all the family tomorrow (Sunday) at the annual Orford Park Festival.
The day kicks off at 11am at Orford Jubilee Park, is free of charge, and there’s a wide variety of entertainment and activities on offer.
Highlights include community and charity stalls, fairground rides, face painting, a touch rugby tournament and live music and bands until 6pm.
There will be family friendly entertainment from Batala Band, Rixton Raptures birds of prey and the Cheshire Dog School dog show. There will also be a community walk around the park at 2pm.
Cllr Kate Hannon, the borough council’s executive board member for leisure, community and culture, said: “It’s always brilliant to see the community come together for the Orford Park Festival. I would encourage everyone in the local area to head down there this Sunday for a brilliant family day out.”
There’s also a free prize draw with the chance to win a Warrington Wolves signed shirt, a bicycle, boys and girls scooters, LiveWire membership passes and more.
The Orford Park festival is being held in partnership by Warrington Borough Council’s Stronger Together team, LiveWire Warrington and Renova.
Fun for all the family
