SEVEN members of the Lymm-based Gendai Martial Arts Club have made club history by gaining their black belts at the same grading event.
Never before have so many club members gained this accolade at the same time.
The grading followed a brown and black belt training course held at Lymm High School.
Sensei Dave Shipton 5th Dan, who headed the grading panel, said he is extremely proud of each and every one of them.
He said: “This achievement is testament to their unwavering commitment and dedication over many years and embodies the ethos of Gendai Martial Arts, which is that of success and team work.”
