Marathon charity swim at Orford Hub

SIX fundraisers are hoping to swim a total of 156 miles between them to raise money for four charities at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub in June.
“The Wet Bandits” will each be swimming 26 miles – that’s five miles more than the width of the English Channel – which equates to 1,664 lengths of the pool on Friday June 21.
They have already raised more than £3,000, with the money going to four charities – St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice, St Rocco’s Hospice, Alder Hey Family House Trust Limited and Joining Jack.
