WARRINGTON’S Johnny Blackshaw on a 1000 Kawasaki, gained a very creditable third place with over 30 riders taking part in the F500 and Powerbikes race at Oulton Park.
Despite cold and blustery conditions, with occasional rain and hail and even a few rays of sunshine, the meeting organised by Wirral 100MC drew a massive crowd to the races.
Johnny’s time for the five lap race was 37.094 at an average speed 83.966mph on the Oulton Park International Circuit.
He is pictured taking Lodge Corner at speed.
