TV stars to take on sport legends

FAMOUS names from the world of sport and television including Warrington Wolves’ skipper Adrian Morley, will take part in a charity football match at Warrington Town FC next month.
Warrington Wolves captain Morley (pictured right) will be leading a “Legends” team featuring famous football names including Peter Reid, John Barnes and Alan Kennedy, and rugby league stars Kevin Sinfield and Sean Long.
They will go up against a “Celebrity All Stars” team featuring soap stars including Alan Halsall, Andy Whyment, Jamie Lomas, Ryan Thomas, Chris Fountain and Sam Aston.
The match is in aid of the charity Joining Jack, for which Morley is an ambassador.
The game takes place on Sunday June 9 (1pm kick-off) at Cantilever Park, Common Lane, Latchford.
Entrance is £7 for adults and Under 16s free.
