GRAPPENHALL Community Library will officially reopen on Saturday April 20 following a makeover.
Improvements include a new kitchen, disabled ramp and extra facilities to improve its use.
The Mayor and Mayoress Cllr and Mrs Steve Wright will be on hand to cut the ribbon to officially re-open the building.
Warrington Wolves mascot Wolfie will be on hand for the young ones.
There will be other attractions including emergency vehicles, stalls and a grand raffle.
Sheila Wallace, treasurer at the charity said: “Our new facilities are looking lovely. We welcome all our borrowers, friends and neighbours from South Warrington to come and see what we can offer the community and enjoy a brilliant day.
“More events are planned in the coming weeks and we have had a number of enquiries already for room hire”.
Further details of the library, in Albert Road, are available at www.grappenhall.org.uk or by telephoning 01925-268077
