CULCHETH’S Age Concern day centre, on Jackson Avenue, will be closed for the day tomorrow ( Thursday) while decorating work is carried out.
A group of volunteers will be decorating the main hall, the entrance hall and one of the small rooms.
Cllr Sue Bland said: “Age Concern have provided the paint, but the work is being carried out by volunteers.
“If anyone has some tall stepladders they can loan out for the day, we would be appreciate it. We do have some ladders already, but we can always use more.”
