Church fun day for charity

A FAMILY fun day is to be held at Penketh Methodist Church and Olive Tree Community Centre on Saturday, May 11 to raise funds for the Wesley Hospital, in Burma and Action for Children.
The day will kick off at 10am and activities during the day will include performances by Peter Kelly (guitar), the Kings Choir, the Shooting Stars dance group, Organ recitals and Teddy Bear story time and Teddy Bear Olympics.
There will be all-age games and activities throughout the day and competitions for all ages in photography, arts, crafts and cake making.
Activities continue until 3pm.
