Epic tale of greed, jealousy…and camels!

STOCKTON Heath Methodist Dramatic Society is to stage two productions next month.
The first will be “Peasouper” – the award-winning Edinburgh Festival comedy by Rejects’ Revenge.
From the smoggy Hampstead marshes to the blistering heat of an Egyptian noon, “Peasouper” is an epic tale of greed, jealousy… and camels.
It blazes across three continents, over the roof of a speeding second class carriage and arrives back in time for a murder most fatal.
The play will be staged on March 14-15-16 at 7.30 at the Methodist Church Hall, Walton Road, Stockton Heath.
Tickets can be reserved in advance by calling 01925 264179.
The society is also putting on a one-night special on March 24 – Palm Sunday – in the church.
“Saints and Scousers” will be an evening of readings, depicting notable “Women of Merseyside.” Admission to this will be free and the show starts at 6pm.
