Life style tips for kids

0

A FREE healthy lifestyle programme is being held in Warrington for parents with children aged five to seven.
The fun-filled MEND programme (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition…Do It!) will be held at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub from Wednesday February 27.
The scheme is developed by experts in child health and is funded by NHS Warrington. It is to help children who are above a healthy weight to become fitter, healthier and happier.
During the course children try new healthy snacks and take part in fun games and activities, while parents learn new fun ways to play with their child, how to stop temper tantrums and encourage healthy behaviour.
Places are limited so anyone whose child is above a healthy weight can register by contacting Norah 01925 442137.
