A FUND-raising dinner organised by the Culcheth committee of Cancer Research UK at the General Elliot, Croft, raised £1,086.
There was a three-course meal, tombola, raffle and entertainment from The Settlers.
The money will be split equally between Cancer Research UK and the NSPCC
