Masters degree for business leader

SANDRA Brusby, managing director of Warrington-based Business Venture has been awarded a Masters Degree in Leadership and Culture Change from Manchester University.
Formerly chief executive of Business Link Cheshire and Warrington, she has been assisting new and established businesses for nearly 30 years.
An accredited Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI) business adviser and a Growth Accelerator programme coach, Sandra was awarded the OBE five years ago in recognition of her services to business.
She said, “Studying for my Masters degree has been an extremely rewarding journey and I hope very much that my new skills will benefit both Business Venture and the companies we work with in the future”
Sandra is also actively involved in introducing clients in the region to new markets and contacts in India as well as helping companies to develop and enhance leadership skills.
