Singing fund-raiser

0

A special fund-raising evening of music takes place in Lymm village, tomorrow, Sunday at 7pm with a great line up of singing talent in aid of Cotebrook House.
As well as the now famous Helen Monks there is the fantastic Lucy Barlow -a real find – sort of Ella Fitzgerald meets Bette Midler!
Many other guests will be giving a song or two.
With keyboards, sax, and double bass to back them up it will be a great sound – Porter, Gershwin, etc but also Joni Mitchell, Elvis Costello, Ray Charles etc
All this for just £8 – and you get Chinese Food thrown in (not literally).
The event is at The Venue in the centre of Lymm. Tickets are available at Rush Green Services or you could chance it and turn up but it is a small venue and it could be sold out.
Corebrook House provides respite and care facilities for adults with disabilities.
