WARRINGTON council’s Families Information Service (FIS) is marking National Parents’ Week (22-28 October) with an activity packed event for all the family at Warrington Market.
The theme for National Parents Week is ‘Make A Moment’ which celebrates those moments that make being a child and being a parent so special and raises awareness of the importance of spending quality one-to-one time with a child.
The’ event takes place in Warrington Market on Saturday, October 20 from 10am and 4pm when families can spend time together enjoying a wide range of activities for free.
There will be information for parents, families, children and young people and childcare practitioners and activities including, Face painting, Carousel, arts and crafts, fun rides, badge making, donkey rides and much more.
There will be a prize draw to win a Warrington Wolves signed rugby ball!
